8x8 platform, used by the Russkies to do a variety of things, including hauling FROG missiles. Four-wheel steering on an 8x8 platform, twin engine, with some developments being amphibious with water drive, see below:

Very capable offroad, of course, though articulation is not a thing it does... at all.

There is another offroad platform out there with angle-drive wheels separated by side, but driven from a single diff. I think it's Dutch or Belgian.
